aim to pump out elves real fast and use the mana ramp to buff joraga warcaller! the deck has 2 winning mechanisms, 1) overpower with joraga, vanguard, door of destinies etc. 2) overrun with plenty of elves and tokens! usually wins by 4th or 5th turn!

First : Why the spells ? Wellwisher or Essence warden can gain you life if you really think you need it... Mercy killing gives them more blockers. Promenade I don't have a problem with though. Add more ? They trigger the door and you can fetch them with Harbinger. More Garruk. With just one you won't see it enough. I'd go with Joraga Treespeaker over the Arbor elves. Ezuri, Renegade Leader gives overrun or regen. Just need one or two thanks to Harbinger. It's slower but Sylvan Messenger would likely get you 2 or more cards. If you have enough mana Llanowar Sentinel ramps out nicely. If you have the money and can find one, Gaea's Cradle ftw.
