You seem to be all in on the extra damage granted by High Alert. Sadly with it being the only effect in the deck, and no reliable way to search for it outside of pure draw (in Standard at least), you'll be inconsistent with the overall performance of the deck.My suggestion: Add green. Green gives access to Arcades, the Strategist to double up on High Alert's main effect. You also get access to Saruli Caretaker to help with mana fixing. And Tower Defense gives you a good amount of burst damage.
