Deck Description

REASONS FOR CHANGES
Have made a lot of changes on this deck. I decided that I didn't want a turn 2 win deck since it wouldn't have a chance in the whatever tournaments it was legal in. I figure it works best as a casual deck, because it's just too slow right now for any competition.

So I tried to make it more fun and playable, while still to some degree budgetable. It's still quite expencive, mostly because of the lands.

I find it to be more fun to play this way and I'm happy with the design. But please, come with feedback :)

How to Play

Try make it work with Lightning rift. Good Luck

Deck discussion for [Cycling] Look no Hands!

Cool deck! This is a nice build for a reasonable price. However, I don't think that you chose rightly in putting Library of Leng in to the deck. It's not really intuitive, but Library of Leng only replaces discards created by effects, not by costs (check out the oracle text). Because of that, you won't be able to abuse Fluctuator, Library, and cycling to make an infinite loop (edit: since the discarding is part of the cost for cycling). I may be wrong here- this is my current understanding. Even then, there may be a different reason you have the Library in there- please let me know what you find out!

That's an original idea. If there were a way to take damage from cycling and then reflecting it back to the opponent. how about Purity, and sanguine blood? would that work?

yes that could work, but it is a bit expensive. I first thought about donating a liliana's caress and then play a magus of the mirror, but that was just to much :p

I have a version similar to this deck (I modiefied a deck that my friend made) that goes like this:
4 Fluctuator, 27 odd creatures with cycling {2}, 2 Muddle the Mixture, 2 Songs of the Damned, another 18 Cycling {2} lands and a few Dromar's Caverns, 2 Restless Dreams, 4 Gitaxian Probes, and 1 Exsanguinate to finish. My build is pretty risky (dies to one counter :P), but can be pretty awesome- I've drawn off of my deck on turn three and hit exsanguinate for 40 on the same turn. Here's my friend's version- give it some love!

I may upload the deck to MTGVault and edit it in to this post.

nice :D that looked like a more solid deck than what I made. I especially liked the lair land, gives you one more card to cycle and maybe the extra mana you need. using exsanguinate to finish was clever, but it could be a bit risky, but with autumn's veil it should work most of the time. Also, restless dreams, liked it.
That was a nice deck, gonna steal som elements from it i think.
