The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

Feed cards into your graveyard, so you can play them from there multiple times (with bonus effects).

How to Play

The main combo is Survival of the Fittest and Bloodbond March. Once you have both in play, spend one green mana to discard a creature card from your hand, then search your library for a copy of that same card (or any other creature already in your graveyard). When you play the copy, you'll get the one you just discarded out onto the battlefield for free. Since all creatures in the deck have 3 or 4 copies available, you can even play all 3 or 4 on a single turn for the cost of one. So...

Use the Butchers to remove multiple creatures from your opponent's battlefield.
Use the Slimes to knock out their enchantments or artifacts (or lands, if you're a jerk.)
Use the Walls to draw a bunch of cards.
Use the Grangers for a mana boost (if you need one at that point).
Use the Wurmcoil Engines when you're ready to win the game.

Don't be afraid to kill off your creatures at the beginning of the game, since you're probably going to get them back later. (For instance, I never pay the echo cost on the Grangers. I search for a Swamp, then let 'em die next turn, unless I'm hurting for a blocker.)

Use Drown in Filth and the cards with the Dredge ability (Shambling Shell and Stinkweed Imp) to fill up your graveyard. You can use Eternal Witness to get back one copy of a creature that lands there, and the March will bring back the other copies.
