To kill your creatures on command, use: Nantuko Husk, Drooling Groodion, Spawning Pit, Birthing Pod.These creatures are begging to be sacrificed (or just killed in combat): Symbiotic Beast, Brawn, Viridian Emissary, Mitotic Slime.These cards will benefit from your creatures' deaths: Deathgreeter, Scavenger Drake, Lumberknot, Gutter Grime, Death's Presence, Dictate of Erebos.The best combo (and the source of the deck's name) comes from Nantuko Husk + Mitotic Slime, with Brawn in the graveyard: sacking Mitotic Slime and all its subsequent tokens to the Nantuko Husk makes the Husk 16/16, and the Brawn lets it trample its way to victory. (With a Death's Presence in play, the Husk can get 12 +1/+1 counters, and become 28/28 instead.)(Also, your Scavenger Drakes will get 7 +1/+1 counters as a result of the Mitotic Slime process. If your opponent's life total is low enough and they can't block flyers, you can do the above process with Spawning Pit instead of a Husk.) If you have a Nantuko Husk and a Brawn in play, use the Birthing Pod to sack and search for cards in this order: Brawn > Mitotic Slime >> Symbiotic Beast (if necessary).Put Rancor on things you plan to sack or have die in combat. Rancor will come back when the creature dies.
