Suspend gargadon. Play grave pact. Sacrifice your persist creatures to remove counters from gargadon and grave pact will do its job, then next upkeep all your persist creatures will be healed of their -1 -1 counters.

i like it i was going to do a deck like that and i would add ashenmoore liege for mudderous redcap up it to 4 birds plz comment on my decks and nice mana base
