If you're going to have Cancel in there, it should be Dissolve, right? Same costs, same effect, and Scry 1. I love this deck and I'll probably put it together just to have more options to play quick games with friends.

Rancor is not legal in Standard anyway, it went out in September.
Good point. I think I'm gonna drop the Divine Verdict and Gift of Immortality for it to make the deck leaner.
I see the mana symbols are 37W/20U, and also that there's only a single card with UU in the cost. Have you tested to see if 11/11 is the correct mix for the lands in the deck?
Updated the deck today, 8/8.Cards I have but have not used:ClaustrophobiaClinging AnemonesLeft Chronic Flooding in the sideboard, not 100% sure it's worth it because once you get past turn 7 or so they probably won't be tapping that land. Hm, maybe I'll have to run some tests with it tonight.Totally Lost and Time Ebb are a combo cards with the milling because I found out that I wasn't really getting a lot out of Disperse.
What do you think about Aetherize? In case they get more creatures out than you have walls and are threatening to overrun you. Maybe sideboard? I'm trying to build a deck similar to this: http://www.mtgvault.com/bocot/decks/cheap-blue-mill-rtrbm14/
