You could use Rally the Ranks instead of Glorious Anthem. its cheaper and doesn't rely on double white mana. you will only lose out on buffing the humans you make.You could also add Knight-Exemplar and Knight of the White Orchid for another buff and ramp (since you labeled this as modern).

Embercleave? the synergies with fervant champion might be good. Also I'd just take out the revitilizes. You're already 4 cards over 60 and that seems like a weird card to run main board (probably better sideboard options than that also). +1 though knights are a good time
