WHO PLAYS LIFEGAIN?? There is no competitive life gain deck. And if you would actually try this deck before you rapidly critisize it, then maybe you will realize Time Warp is the only thing that KEEPS you alive...

Well, if you are lucky enough to get 4 Time warps, plus a turn 2 and 3 Howling Mine (That is considered the god hand), you basically win on their turn 5. But I have realized, that this deck is actually pretty inconsistant and ALWAYS loses game 1 to Jund, RDW, or something else that is very aggro. Spreading Seas and Convincing Mirage are your only hopes game 2-3. Basically, it usually loses, and have moved on to Polymorph :P

I would add Ob just to make sure it kills.
Yeah, I agree with riley... no more dead cards if you are going to take up room in your deck to use treasure hunt... But yes, that amulet is terrible. and cheddar... standard is barely gona change...

Yeah, I see what your sayin, and there arn't any fetchlands to make Lotus Cobra a BlackLotus Cobra. Hierarch is better here.
So far there isn't much good comin' out of it... The manlands are good, Jace, and some red cards (The Dragonmaster Outcast we will see a 1-of in Boros). But thats about it.

Backups are needed. Nothing else is. And Ile-Nosirrah... if you have ever seen a competitive control deck you will see how many lands they have, and often times it is more than this.
But yes, the Sanity Gnawers are the only thing I am thinking about replacing with more rats.
I'm pretty sure every deck gets better by putting discard in it.
