The idea would be cool, but it doesnt quite work, if you were to make your opponets creatures to attack, but they couldnt tap the mana for it, the creature just wouldnt attack, and they could just use all their mana before they attack

That means they have to pay 2 life per attacking creature if only 1 Norn's Annex is out. The creatures have to attack so if the opponent taps out they have to pay life.
lol i got confused by norns, nvm, this is actually a good idea then, only problem is getting them out, so maybe some searches perhaps?
It's fine, I had to tell my roommate that as well. Searches wouldn't be bad, but I can't think of any red or white ones off the top of my head. My major concern with this deck is getting enough mana. Rage Nimbus's ability cost 2 and Mystifying Maze's ability is 4 mana. I would need to be able to use them each turn if possible while still putting stuff onto the field. I'm going to continue searching around for cards.
Well i can help you out if your not trying for standard, Enlightened tutor can grab artifacts (i think) and if your looking for mana maybe cloudposts or something?
