The combo this deck revolves around is as follows: 1. get out one of the black creatures in the deck that let you pump them up through creature sacrifice 2. Play verdant succession 3. play either living lands or life and attack with the black creature, pumping him up as large as you want by basically converting all the forests in your deck to +1/+1 or +2/+2 counters. The spore frogs are to stall, the tutors to get any piece of the combo you still need and the elves let you accelerate into the combo a turn or two earlier. Only legal in vintage because of the tutors, but easily replaceable with 2 more worldly tutors if you're playing legacy.

Very nice deck, good central theme with the ability to lose creatures and still remain on top. A Crucible would be nice, though, so you don't really ever have to lose your lands. But a well-centralized deck, especially with the Life/Death versatility/
