Oh my Lord, this just came to me on a whim.The whole idea is to use Relentless Rats' ability to it's fullest and flood the board with them.Pretty simple, I am open to alterations however (keep in mind this is mainly a gag deck, with some functionality).

In a mono deck Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx will provide you with an absurd amount of mana. Crypt of Agadeem will probably get out of control fast , too.Thrumming Stone could easily dump 30+ rats onto the board in one turn.

I know you said this is a gag deck but is this really edh legal?
I don't see where the error would be in the deck, everything about the deck seems legal. Relentless Rats' ability lets me do exactly this.
but the rules of commander states that you can't have more than one copy a card in your deck
Standard, modern, Legacy, and every other game mode say you can only have 4 in one deck. However, this card's ability trumps the rule, it actually exempts itself.
Thrumming stone is insane in this deck, i was thinkin you might want to put some card draw in to refill your hand late game. Maybee something like phyrexian arena or something similar
I agree this needs card draw, otherwise you will be topdecking very quickly.
