My first sample hand was a Peat Bog, Dark Ritual, Unsummon, Go For The Throat, Karn Liberated, Island, Counterspell. The first four cards I would draw in this order would be: Dark Ritual, Swamp, Grim Affliction, and Tezzeret's Gambit. 1st turn: Draw Dark Ritual Play Peat Bog 2nd turn: Draw Swamp Play Island Play Dark Ritual Play Dark Ritual Play Karn Liberated (use his ability against opponent) 3rd Turn Draw Grim Affliction Play Swamp Use Karn's ability Play Grim Affliction (If they have a creature) Play Unsummon (if they have another creature) Karn should be ready to go as well just as long as he hasn't been hit.

Also the rest of the game I would start using Karn's second ability (plus his first) and my Go For The Throat to remove all of the lands and creatures and other permanents the other player has.
