It takes a bit of thinking and planning but play everything in an order to trigger your creature's Evolve ability as much as possible. Then you have Vorel to double the counters on your Simic Manipulators. Use Experiment Kraj to put counters on your opponent's creatures and take them with Cytoplast Manipulators. You can also shut something down with a Krasis Incubation and then activate the secondary ability to put counters on the creature you shut down and take it with the Cytoplast Manipulators.
