The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

My own take on the classic B/U Reanimator.

For casual play. No sideboards allowed.

How to Play

Play this deck the same way you would play any other reanimator deck.

Use cards like Entomb, Distress, and Careful Study to get your game-breaking creatures into the graveyard. Then use Exhume, Reanimate, and Animate Dead to bring them into play. Proceed directly to thrashing your opponent.

However, make sure that the beastie you bring out is the right one for the job:

Griselbrand - Anyone who's used him knows how broken he is. Any time you don't need a specific beastie, bring either him or Jin-Gitaxias into play.

Sphinx of the Steel Wind - The Lifelink and protection from Red make this guy fantastic against burn decks, and whenever you need the life.

Ulamog, The Ceaseless Hunger - For those moments when, if you could just get rid of that one card... Also he's a monstrous indestructible milling machine.

Avacyn, Angel of Hope - She's the go-to gal when you're up against a lot of removal.

Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite - Hordes of weenies got you down? Elesh Norn is the ultimate pest control.

Empyrial Archangel - She's in the lineup specifically to put a buffer between you and all the burn that likes to run around (at least in my meta... LOTS of burn).

Iona, Shield of Emeria - One of the nastier ladies in the lineup, she's the pinnacle of pure control. Monocolor decks stand ZERO chance with her on the board.

Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur - Easily the best creature in the deck, there is never a bad time to reanimate this guy. If you get him out early, you likely won't need to reanimate anything else.
