i've been taking a break from the vault lately, but definately not from magic. i love modern, and so i've been working on 2 lists. the first one is modern gobs, and here it is. there are some people who are trying to run kuldotha gobs, which i'll admit can swing for much more damage much faster. but the thing is, it is not nearly as stable. this here list, though still on the drawing board, wins turn 4 or earlier more than 90% of the time. most people immediatly ask me why i have raging goblin, and my answere is that he is a cheap goblin with haste. he's no goblin guide, but paying one for him just after you've dropped a shared animosity can up your damage potential by 10 or more. if i were playing a different, "better" one drop, such as goblin cohort, i would have to wait a turn before that damage could make it.
