The idea is to have a very sollid control deck wich, when it doesn't need to counter things and has mana, flashes in mill. running a few sorcery speed mill, but only those that are REALLY powerful. jace is a 5 mana, hopefully 2 glimpse card. 4 mainboard surgical to take out your opponents win cons and to generaly be evil.
