First order of business is to cut the trim and get some more 4-ofs in the deck.

Most of the creatures in this deck are superfluous and don't actually help you win. Creatures like Augur of Skulls and Black Cat are good options if you really really need boots on the ground and Waste Not isnt accomplishing that for you.

Alternately, Nyxathid is a fun option if you want to have a thematic beatstick

So cut all the creatures that you don't really WANT in the deck, because you don't NEED many at all. After that look into Necrogen Mists, The Rack, and Raven's Crime (and it's combo with Dakmor Salvage).

4x The Rack
4x Shrieking Affliction
4x Necrogen Mists
4x Raven's Crime
4x Dakmor Salvage

This is the non-negotiable core of a viable discard deck in modern. Build off this if you want your deck to be better, otherwise do what's fun and good luck :)

If you are looking for faster mana in the first 3 turns i would suggest Llanowar Elves and Elves of Deep Shadow. 4 of each will give them some bonuses from coat of arms due to their shared type, keeping with the synergy of your deck. I would also add Marrow-Gnawers, Pack Rats and/or Typhoid Rats to give this deck some extra kick.
