>>Budget Casual Modern<<This is an extremely competitive deck to play Casual modern with buddies. It's a common/uncommon deck I ran back in the day that I overhauled. If you ditch the dual lands, you can probably build this for 20 bucks. It reaches lethal damage as early as turn 3 and no later than my 6th in the 20 play-tests I did with it.
Turn 1: Dump whatever you can onto the battlefield. Drifter il-Dal has priority. Memnites and Ornithopters are free so enjoy them when you have them.Turn 2: Start unloading Rancors and Unstable Mutations onto your creatures. Curiosity is also game-changing. Ninjas can get snuck into play behind Ornithopters, Memnites, and Vault Skirges.Turn 3: The deck is at the top of the curve already. Play what you can. You will be surprised how often you are swinging for the win on turn 3 and 4 against unprepared opponents.
