It's more planning for M14, when Shock will be standard.
Llanowar not standard anymore. Consider Avacyn's Pilgrim instead?
avacyns gives a plains, maybe verdant havens with arbor elfs for 4 mana
I just mentioned it because it looks like he's not using it for anything more than extra ramp. At that point color dont matter.
I'm using that in place of Elvish Mystic, which will be a new card in M14.
I see, but you might lose rootbound crag (don't know if they verified that the buddy lands will make the reprint) Still those are easily replaced.
I won't lose those until Theros, so this deck will be usable for a couple months at least haha
