You can only run 1x Tinker, if you are playing Vintage, it is banned in every other format. also, if you are planing to play with this I would highly recommend Underground Sea Watery Grave, and Polluted Delta. those will make sure you don't get stuck on only one colour.

i usually just play for fun my friends and i dont put limits on cards why would u make a card and limit its use like that? i dont get it but no im not really playin it i just mentioned it to a buddy and wanted to see if i could build a deck around it
