Deck discussion for G/W Tokens pauper

I have a similar deck and I'm glad to see you included Sprout Swarm :D

A few things though. Firstly, Midnight Guard is a huge lightning rod for removal, especially if they know you want to combo it with Presence of Gond. A backup option I use is Devoted Druid enchanted with Sigil of the Nayan Gods and Presence of Gond to combo off. The druid requires an additional enchantment, but doubles as a mana dork that can produce two mana in one turn. The Sigil also takes advantage of all the token production, so even if you can't combo for infinite, you can still make a creature reasonably big with it.

Next, although I don't run it because I concentrated more on Sprout Swarm in my deck, a very good addition to this deck is Heliod's Pilgrim. It can search for Presence of Gond, allowing you to combo off more frequently. Commune With Nature and Commune With the Gods are also good searching tools.

I use Nettle Sentinel in my build because Sprout Swarm untapps it, allowing for more creatures in my deck that can be reused for its convoke.

Lastly, ever since I added Evolving Wilds to my build, my mana has been more consistent as well as my drawing of nonlands.

Thanks for the comment. I like the idea of playing devoted druid but putting 2 enchantments in it sounds risky, but worth to try it. What do you suggest to withdraw to put in the devoted and the sigil?

Pallid Mycoderm is actually situational, so it's a possible drop.
Either Soul Warden or Soul's Attendant can be dropped too. 3 different ones is a bit much, considering you only really need 1 when you get the combo together.
Selesnya Evangel is very helpful in the games you can't combo, but it's the 3rd option to reduce / remove if you need space.
