the other point behind this deck is the proliferate, just a question, i've heard proliferate works on poison counters, is this correct?

I like this deck, very focused, very simple. I recommend replacing the engines with "Sign in Blood" to speed up the deck.
I liked this deck, had most of the cards to build it, so I bought the rest and I found it works very well. I've found that keeping the contagion engines in has a greater effect than speeding the deck would with Sign in Blood. Contagion Engine Putting tokens on every creature is very effective, combined with Doom Blade and instill infection it's not too difficult to defeat your opponents creatures. But most effective is the comination of Ichor Rats and Hand of the Praetors. Double poison counters each cast.... Then proliferate.
