ok, basically the commander Merieke Ri Berit lets me completely control the pace of the game while i set up i massive army and profilerate it with counters the creatures are mostly wizards, but some eldrazi and vampires are splashed in

Thousand-Year Elixir would be awesome here. {3}, Artifact, You may play the activated abilities of creatures you control as though those creatures had haste. {1}, {T}: Untap target creature. You have a few other creatures you can use it on, but more importantly you cast Marieke, activate her ability, untap her, and activate it again.
