You could even try putting in more big creatures that have the 2 life cost option, might synergise well with Phyrexian Unlife?

How do you deal damage, just with Melira? I like the Melira+Phyrexian Unlife combo though.

Also you might want to consider Asceticism instead of Priviledged Position...
