Syphon Sliver w/2x Darksteel Ingots added for further healing to maximize Angelic Accord. 4x Hive Stirrings to maximize Devout Invocation.
This is the first deck I've made, and it's strictly based off of cards I currently have. Haven't actually gotten the chance to try it out. Weaknesses will probably be towards decks with a large number of flying creatures (specifically dragons, due to many of them being able to bypass defenses or flood the battlefield with more dragons), decks based around counter attack/spell cancellation, and maybe zombie decks. Though I'd say most sliver decks will have these concerns.
