Meant to have good defenders to wait out until the stormtide leviathons can be played and even better after that is the rite of replication with kicker on the leviathon Any ideas? what kind of deck would this be considered?

i like the mind control, but realy for a blue deck that relies on stalling until you can bring out the big guns it is just a little half sided, i feel as though this deck only guards one or two fronts. still though, icant say i dont like your card choice, you may substitue mind control with cards that are alot cheaper but a little less effective, you should add some protective bubble to keep your envestment from being destroyed by something stupid like doomblade. but realy most of the cards are fairly effective if not versatile.

You have too little control and too many different defenders. Add some more Guard Gomazoa and Wall of Ice cards if you want stallers. You should get some cards that allow you to draw some as well since you're relying on a single bomb strategy. Because you're waiting and focusing mainly on defending, Plainswalkers will be a problem as well. Sure if you're lucky you can counter them but since you'd be playing defenders early on, you might not have the lands open. You seem interested in Roil Elemental and you're running Around 40% lands you might consider adding another and running some Windrider Eel's as well. Hedon crabs could be effective as well. I recommend Æther Adepts because they bounce a monster when they are played and bouncing creatures that cost a lot of mana or are level up creatures is very effective. Clones are also good for frustrating people. Clone their Legandary creature's and they'll go crazy. Lighthouse Cronologist is also pretty powerful because extra turns are awesome and in battles with more than 2 players, the number turns you have the chance of getting make you out-power most decks. Echo Mages may also annoy people so don't forget about them. Enjoy building a more FRUSTRATING deck!
thanks for te ideas ill have to mess around with it some more still but i have to say its always fun to watch the opponents face when their army of artifacts and tezzert cant do anything because they cant fly or islandwalk lol
I wasn't saying to not use Stormtide Leviathan, I was saying that your defenders and spells didn't focus on shutting down the opponent until you could get 1 out. Having only 1 bomb vs a black deck could lead to your end with Memoricide and similar cards is what I meant.
ya i can understand that however i am realizing that against a deck of literally any creature in the deck has flying i am screwed i need to find more flying defenders
try levitaion, then all your defenders can fly. island walk however is rarer and more useful, but there are cards that will do it that arent merefolk. i just dont know what theyre called =)
i would seriously drp the seastrider for some guard gomazoa.

does anyone knw if there is a card that works like ice cage but doesnt get destroyed from a spell or ability?
