This is a cheap infinte mana/infinite storm deck. You can replace Terramorhpic Expanse and Evolving Wilds with better fetchlands like Wooded Foothills or Bloodstained Mire, but to keep the price low, I chose Terramorhpic Expanse and Evolving Wilds.
