Slivers! I hate them, I got them, and I made a standard deck. This also runs for about $16.50. This also got me 19th place in a Star City games invitaional. It beat the best Mono-Black Devotion deck available right now
Get Manaweft Sliver out, then Blur Sliver, and then finally Hive Stirrings. Then the whole deck will unfold and overwhelm the enemy

This is a really unique deck, I would maybe try it out. The addition of Mistform is truly amazing since its a 6/6 and if it becomes a sliver it would get some serious boosts for the turn.

I made the deck Standard now. The sideboard would make it vintage. I needed a Standard deck so this was the closest i have
