Check out surewhynot's bant deck. I copied most of that deck with minor tweaks (which is why I don't have a bant deck posted, for respect to surewhynot). But his deck is leathal and fun
Since it looks like you don't have any Allies to benefit from soldier ally tokens. I would get rid of Join the Ranks and go with Raise the Alarm x4. Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant seems pointless to me since your only life giver is Elspeth Tirel which you only have 1 in your deck. A nice "winnie" to have, in my opinion is Loyal Sentry.....replace Serra Zealot with Loyal Sentry maybe?? There's my 2 cents, but i'm just a novice
