Gilder bairn (I think is the spelling) works wonders for planeswalkers as does doubling season. I would also recommend using sarkhan and ajani goldmane since they both offer creatures ditch chandra agreeing with the above stick in jace (the worldwake one if you are willing to wait... link if you have not seen it yet....) http://www.wizards.com/magic/tcg/ProductArticle.aspx?x=mtg/tcg/worldwake/planeswalkerchase&dcmp=ILC-MTGBAN finally put in nissa and 4 of her champion just so you have some blocking potential.
Oh, asnd just for giggles -march or the machines -mycosynth lattice -experiment kraj gives you unlimited uses of any planeswalker ability since the rules state that a planeswalker may only use their abilities once per round, experiment kraj would have the ability but not the restriction due to not being a planeswalker.
