This deck seems incredibly top-heavy (To many really high casting costs). Running Boom/Bust and Restore Balance in a deck that needs to accelerate up to 7 or 8 mana seems to be extremely counter intuitive. This deck needs a radical overhall to be competitive in even the most casual environment.

Eish. to big, to slow. either scrap some big fliers, or the global land, hand & creature destruction spells. if you want to keep your big creatures, at least add in some storage lands and the Lotus blooms.
if you want to play with Akroma's, why not add in the red version, Akroma, Angel of Fury, which has morph?
1) I am not running the red Akroma because I don't have any plus it is not as good as the white Akroma and it just adds another high cast creature. 2) I don't really plan to play most of my high cast creatures hard casting, only Numot and Akroma and they aren't too important to this deck. 3) This deck is to blow up the board via a Balance Gargadon combo, and then using my dreamscapes and lenses I will build mana faster than my opponent and thereby rebuild faster after the Balance.
If you did own it I would recommend it because that plus Akroma's memorial are a better combo than the white one with akroma's memorial.
