The aim of this deck is to control your opponant's options. With the Rime Transfusion on anyone of your creatures, evasion is easy for those nice Specters and Cutpurses. Keep enough counters for taking care of WoGs or removal. With the Jester's Scepter, Circu and the Counterbalance, the enemy's deck might be a little easier to cripple. Remand and Persecute work hand in hand. Just bounce his spell and name that colour. 2-thirds of the deck being Snow, Scrying Sheets = Good.

I think you should add a few Megrim, just for the 2 damage every time an opponent discards a card.
