Against control, there is generally enough creature reanimating, creatures and card draw in general to win that matchup, however, I mostly just hope that they don’t play heavy control.
This is mostly for kitchen table, as most of my peers play creature decks and aggro. However this does work relatively well in a casual modern setting

I’ve changed it around again, and this time using modern legal cards. Hopefully this is not viable, though I honestly doubt it is good for any serious games.

the 7 drop is only in if you can cast him, he's really just something to discard or sideboard out in a normal game, if the game runs long, it's good to have as an emergency sacrifice outlet. I'd keep him on the side board for a rather crappy sacrifice outlet for flyers. Thanks for the feedback though, I really appreciate it!
