This deck was around the cost of 23$ when I first bought it. It is a very good starting deck, and a good deck for players on a budget.
If you ever get goblins in your hand play them first turn. If you start with a guttersnipe, dont play your instants until you get him out. Mulligan If you start with more than 3 lands.

Good idea but this deck shouldnt have creatures. The only reason goblins are in there are for the grenades. It is a good thought and I will consider it.
