i would add it but i dont wana have it and have multiple legendaries on the battle field and they destroy it. i like to have a second one in my hand and 1 on the battlefield so they cant tell what all i have, so of they use something like, oblivion ring, unmake, path to exile, i can lay a 2nd one down.

Konda is worse than Avacyn, Angel of Hope. I'd cut Dosan for two more Captain Sisay and Tolsimir for another Time of Need. You also need more than 20 lands and some ramp if you ever want to actually be able to cast the expensive guys. There is no way that you will ever be casting Emrakul with only Omnath and 20 lands.
Hm... i think you need more legendaries... not enough :P maybe Avacyn, but that might be too expensive.

You know that if you play Gaddock you cant play the rest of your legends right?!And how about the Kaldra set??
Non-creature spells with more than 4 mana. Only things that can't be played after playing Gaddock are Akroma's Memorial, Grimoire of the Dead and Day of Destiny.
thats why you dont play him untill you got the edge and wana for sure slow them down, or if your getting stomped by a red deck with tons of instances and sorcerys you can put him down and stop them from using some of their spells

Nykthos, definitely. Your mana ramp right now is terrible, and the way i see it, you'll be playing one card on your turn for awhile. Hopefully your opponent isn't running quick strikers early on
