First think first, this is slow. I suggest adding one more land, and think about a strategy and build the deck around it. Blue could offer great control, controlling creatures, milling, countering, tapping, return things to hand and so on. Try to use the Deck Search of this website and put the words i mencioned and filter blue decks to have more ideas of how build your own deck.
