Deck Description

Really cheap deck, put this list together mostly for my friends to see. Sideboard has other options to run. I'm still updating this thing from time to time.

If you're feeling expensive (why would you want to spend ACTUAL money on this thing) you could toy around with Ajani, Caller of the Pride and spawn like a million cats with his ultimate.

Cards to consider:
-Ordeal of Heliod is also an interesting idea, but I think it's effect might be a bit late to the party, unless you find a situation where you're actually dropping a wurm after sacrificing it.
-Verdant Haven is cool, too, but a bit expensive to really be worthwhile here, I think.
-Unflinching Courage is really interesting here too, perhaps as a replacement for the Selesnya Charms, but the ability to exile powerful stuff or drop cheap tokens early is really nice.
-Giant Growth is rarely a bad idea in a budget green deck.
-Alive//Well is not bad, either. Would be better if this deck had more cheap creatures. Good for dropping a second wurm, though.
-Nylea's Disciple is very interesting, too

Super secret note: if you and a bunch of friends decide to take FNM by storm by all running this list, you will actually just end up facing each other, in which case sideboard 4 Fog.

How to Play

Try to gain a bunch of life in one turn then drop Voracious Wurm. Howl of the Night Pack is nice to have to try and overwhelm the opponent, but Crowned Ceratok is there to grant the wurm trample. Might not be the best deck-building thought process to split into these multiple options, but it's like $10 so whatever.

Deck discussion for (Hyper-Budget) Voracious Wurm

If anyone knows some cheap (in terms of both cash and mana cost) lifegain cards, that would be sweet. I'm talking like 1 or 2 drops that gain 2+ life.

recently just realized how good voracious wurm is try heroes reunion with a elvish mystic turn 1 or 2 that makes a voracious wurm a 9/9 on turn 3 since you got 4 mana to play with

Oh, wow, that card works really well here.

Throw in Unflinching Courage. Slap that on an already 9/9 wurm and get a stronger one.
