You have negative synergy with Phthtisis and Sudden Spoiling and I am not even sure what Sudden spoiling really does for you here. As for a win condition (assuming you want to stay in block) Liege of the pit is a good one. play him morphed then unmorph to swing and you skip your first 7 damage, then since you already have life gain (tendrils) you should easily race. another option would be Nether Traitors, Sengir Nosferatu, or Skittering Montrosity

Should we assume that the 11 islands is supposed to be 11 plains? also, it seams odd to have the scryb rangers without their natural bossom budy the Spectral Force. Probably would be better than Akroma since you will actually be able to cast them early enough to matter. for real S and G's try adding Karmic guide instead of resurrection, with ER in play just dont pay the guides echo and you get to reanimate every turn (even the ones lost after the ER hit play)
