I think this is a solid deck, you have a good spread out creature base and some nice choice enchantments that really work well. I would say that maybe you could replace well of lost dreams with something like Awe Strike, so that you get more protection from after decks in the early game.

I would also maybe drop Archetype of Courage as regardless of how many creatures you pump only Adjani's pridemate would really benefit from it, and that's only if it hasn't been removed or destroyed. If you are concerned about being straight up beat down then maybe throw in some ghostly possessions to have a immune to damage blocker.

I think that you might want some more kill pressure then just relying on Ajani or the Sovereign, so putting in more chalices of life would make you hella dangerous with 4 out you can literally do 20 damage a turn. (also once it transforms if you drop below 20 life it remains in it's transformed state)

Dragon tempest x1

You could then add:
Bloom tender
Elvish mystic
gyre sage
Joiner adept
Saytr Hedonist

imo you want cards to support the bulky cmc of the dragons, have some small creatures to generate mana so you can easily cast bigger creatures earlier.

Well if you wanted to remake this deck in standard all you need to do is build around Revel in Riches. It's essentially the same but with treasure token instead of Clues.

Personally I'm still trying to be inspired by this set. I really like it but I think I'll need to wait for the next cycle to come out. Explore so far is my fav mechanic.

Yo bro, love the deck. There's something so satisfying when combining U/R in a standard format. I run the same strat in my own cycle deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/captnross/decks/abandoned-cycle/), but I didn't think to but Fling and Enigma Drake together, I might side board it!.

Might be worth sideboarding or including Abandoned Sarcophagus in the deck as you'll be able to double cast cards with cycling or just super charge your deck into drawing cards in the early game only to play them late.

I made this deck awhile back, but it was interesting to see Black added to it. I never really considered making it anything other than mono red. Though I'm a slave to the older sets.

Sup man, looked over some of your Decks and i like this one alot. with your additon of Dragons herald to put Hellkite overlord out on the feild quickly and at a good cost i think thats the winner of the deck . im a fan of the old school cards such as oddessy and torment.
