The idea is to play low-cost infect creatures and Counter (Mana leak/Stoic Rebuttal) or Destroy (Grasp of Darkness/Doom Blade) anything the opponent throws so an early victory by poison counters is possible. Vampire's bite should be helpful to inflict some unexpected massive infecting damage if the opponent doesn't block. If the opponent has a good melee defense, the cards in the sideboard focus in proliferating exsiting poison counters.
