Card discussion for Remand

Honestly, I'm not convinced that this card is as good as people think it is. I understand that it's tempo advantage incarnate, but more often than not, I've found that the tempo it generates is either not enough, or not necessary. And at both extremes, a hard counter, including counters like Mana Leak, would have been better, imo.

I'll be the first to admit that I don't play as much blue as I should, but I have played against blue a lot. In fact, those tend to be my most enjoyable games, regardless of who wins the match.
