Hello, me again! Just something I wanted to recommend for this deck (Not sure if it fits the budget, but who knows?) is Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle. With every historic spell cast, you return a 3 cmc creature from the grave to the field! Most decks in Azorius are susceptible to board wipes once they resolve, but with Teshar it at least softens the blow.
Okay, I legit laughed at that description. And here is something I noticed that people do with Rona: They only use her ETB, not the activation. Makes sense, with the activation being a bit overcosted for what it does.

A card I enjoy is Sadistic Sacrament. For BBB, you exile 3 cards from an enemy library. Kick it for 7, and exile 15.

Not in commander. Play Rune Tail on turn 3, assuming you have no ramp and hit your land drops, and since their ability goes off the moment you have 30 life, she flips immediately unless you've somehow taken 10 damage by turn 3 in commander.
I know you haven't even started, but just seeing Rune Tail makes me smile. You can get them active so fast!
In my opinion, 3 colors is rough in a 60 card deck...
