This deck is based on an old deck from 2007, seen at a tournament.
The goal is to build up a ton of mana, then cast Dragonstorm. You NEVER want to start the game with Bogardian Hellkite or Scourge of Valkas in hand. The fastest this deck can win is actually turn 1, with 4 Rite Of Flame and a Dragonstorm. Here is how...Turn 1.Mountain.Rite Of Flame (RR Floating)Use 1 red, Rite Of Flame (RRRR Floating)Use 1 red, Rite Of Flame (RRRRRRR Floating)Use 1 red, Rite Of Flame (RRRRRRRRRRR Floating)Dragonstorm (Storm is 4, you get 5 total; RRR Floating as you drop 4 Hellkites, then a Scourge for good measure.) If, somehow, they are STILL alive after that, you have 24 power in the air next turn, not counting the Firebreathing on the Scourge.

The dragons you are dropping out with Dragonstorm would have summoning sickness, would they not? Thus, they would not be able to allow a turn 1 win. However, it does present a problem for turn 2. Plus, while it is possible, that draw would be a psycho Magical Christmas Land draw that would be very unlikely to happen.That being said, I want to build it now...

That depends, if you get 1 hellkite, and 3 other dragons that 4 triggers of five damage, as they all come from the same spell meaning the hellkite sees them all enter.
All you really need is 4 Bogardian Hellkites. Unless they go first and gain a bit of life, they will die from the ETB from the Bogardian Hellkites.
