Deck Description

Jimmy, heres to you...

Jimmy asked me: polymorph, progenitus. viable deck?
I'd like to think it is, but thats my sort of fun concept!
I basically decided, you dont want to poly into anything other than proj, or you're toast, so that meant no creatures other than prog allowed in the deck, which meant I needed token generation. With blue a must, that lead me to red as a good partner, the fodder and the assault, the assault to stay on the board through wipes, the fodder if you need can stay in you hand until you have the poly.
The rest is all just varied attempts at keeping you alive until poly appears in your hand.

The sideboard was just cobbled together thinking of various decks in our FNM's at the moment.

One option is to go grixis, and use the black for more kill, sign in bloods, and tutor.

Okay, not so sure about the mana base, not sure i want to put more deck thinning like terramorphics in or not.

What about a counterspell deck using Lullmage Mentor and Parallel Thoughts to take him out of the Library? Hell, you could still go blue/red with Niv-Mizzet or Dominus of Fealty.

lullmage mentor mght be a thought, though I dont want more creatures in case they get polymorphed rather than progenitus. The other cards you mentioned are nice, but this is a standard legal deck.

it's standard, sadly, counterspell is out. :(
A friend of mine thought I should lose 2 islands, and 2 mountains for 2 arid mesa's and 2 misty rainforests.
We also spotted that if the opponant has a day of judgement in hand in the two turns it takes to kill him after you polymorph, my main deck counterspells wont work (they all anti-creature). So either hope they dont have it in hand, and sideboard later, or swap two of the summoners bane's for a harder counter.
