I see a couple Children of Korlis in this deck. Also is Alive//Well legal in your format since there's a 4 cost in the card? Festival of the Guildpact might help your deck and help you draw cards too.
You have to be careful with mirage block they all look like commons
Worldly Tutor is an uncommon... too good to be true.
Pauper Commander rules states that the Commander can be ANY uncommon or common rarity card. http://pauperedh.weebly.com/pauper-commander-rules.html Also you can place your commander in the sideboard for everyone to see. If I were you I would also add lands like drifting meadow, haunted fengraf, kabira crossroads, quicksand, remote farm, secluded steppe, sejiri steppe and maybe opal palace unless your playgroup banned non basic lands. The ones I just posted are all common rarity. And I just found out youve put Goldmeadow Harrier twice so you have space for another card :) I suggest Captain's call.
I can see a place for Unearth and Noble Templar in this deck!
Its easier if you put your commander in the sideboard :). If you want to draw cards while countering opponent spells, maybe it would be a good idea to put stuff like exclude or confound. you can also add a couple power station to keep the persistant creatures up while melira isnt there
how about adding a blasting station or like 4 OF THEM for an infinite damage combo
Since hide AND seek only have 2 mana cost (perfect for Isochron), my guess is the user may choose to imprint one or the other - depending on the whats needed on the battlefield. Champion of the Parish would be a nice addition. You could also add 4 Godless Shrine and 4 Isolated Chapel + 4 Evolving Wilds and 4 Terramorphic Expanse so that you will have reduced chances of drawing a land card. You could also add cards like Castigate or Zealous Persecution instead of Unmake because the 2 mana cost makes it perfect for Isochron.
