So, it appears that you're going for more of a midrange effect with this deck. In which case, I suggest you scrap the spike jesters as you would much rather far seek on turn 2. Also, sorry but Zhur-Taa and Rubblehulk are just crap cards. Ghor clan rampaged is a better card if you're trying to keep it cheap. Otherwise, this deck can get very expensive if you max out its potential with Olivia Voldaren, Huntmaster of the Fells, and Thragtusk.

Blood Scriveneer would help with this deck quite a bit, considering it gives you twice as many options per turn than your opponent once Sire of Insanity hits the field.
