Love this deck. Modelled after a friends, who relied on Birds of Paradise and Eggs, my version swapped them for the artifacts. It really needs more draw mechanic, but it defiantly works.
Harrows = more land = Dragon master Outcasts come into play quickerSpawning breath + Brood Birthing = sacrifice able creatures to eat (hatchling) or kill to get the artifacts in play quicker.

I sware you can make some sort of EDH deck with your limitless cards you have 1 of...Anyway, You have a lot of Dragons that use colorless mana to play them, how about adding in Heartless Summoning which may give your creatures -1/-1, but they'll come out a lot faster!
