I'm nice so Imma helpp you out.... i have been tampering with these splicers since new phyrexia rleased so i should what you do and dot need....first off you need conjurer's closet..........you need he color green and you need venser... get some soul's attendants intangible virtue... cathar's crusade parellel lives mirri's guile and somed druid deliverane......you wll impronve it a sahitton...but NO MATTER WHAT U DO >>DO NOT GO OVER 60 CARDS!!!!

While leaving green out, this looks good in paper. I think couple Clones would do great to decrease the creature cap (depends do you even want more creatures) and Cloudshift adds up nicely to Ghostly Flicker. I love when people say "get venser, you need him" and such, but everybody doesn't have those cards, plus they are expensive in a way. But I hate to admit that Venser would be freaking awesome in this.Anyway, great deck.
