yeah I have kalitas I just don't like her in here. She is so expensive and I'm usually able to win before I can get her out anyways.

2/1 first strike vamp is nice anyways. if you want likelink run more feast of blood. offers more removal too
- rise for the grave add disentomb. 4x vampire nocturnus. Also, I'd drop 2x corrput and change vampires bite for doom blade or some kind of removal. Kalitas is also waaay to expensive for my tastes. Vampire hexmage for child of night. I also don't really see the point of the artifacts. vampire should kill...and fast. good idea though!
maybe even Bloodchief Ascension?
All I've done so far is change the bad moons to cover of darkness. No one I play with is playing black atm,so i figure its a good change.
I'd say drop the 2 blood tribute and run 2 feast and 4 doom blade. Side board grasp of darkness if you play against black. Could drop Sorin and make it faster by narrowing down your creatures. Pulse tracker is a cool 1 drop vamp. Random bits of advice.

Oops I should pay more attention haha. In that case I agree with your choice. Plus, in my experience, Kalitas is bitch to get up and running.
I would maybe drop the Bloodwitch and two others and get 4 Vampire Nocturnus. Maybe drop bloodchief. I think it would run faster
